Engagement Photos Becca and Mike {Myrtle Beach Wedding Photographer} 5-21-13
We had a great time shooting a two part engagement session with Becca and Mike the other night. The first part is a bit of a secret so no sneak peek on those pics.
These two were so easy to work with and so much fun, I can’t wait til their wedding.
Amy and Jasen got married at the Prince Resort, Myrtle Beach. 4-29-13 {Myrtle Beach Wedding Photographer}
Amy and Jasen are such a passionate couple, so in love and so positive. Their wedding at the Prince Resort was so beautiful with nice beach weather for the ceremony and such great details and flowers everywhere with the help of Gigi Noelle Events. Amy’s beautiful hair was done by Wing at Salon and Spa 18. And check out Jasen’s ring. We took more pics of it than normal because it was so cool, it had Amy’s fingerprint on it. And how adorable is Easten, their son, in his little tuxedo?
Natalie and Drew’s Wedding at the Train Depot, Myrtle Beach. {Myrtle Beach Wedding Photographer}
Natalie and Drew had a beautiful ceremony held at the Carolina Forest Community Church with their closest friends and family. Friends, Robert and Scott, did an amazing job turning that giant church into an intimate event that Natalie and Drew will remember forever. The rain held off long enough to get some fun formal shots outside the Train Depot before going inside to finish off the night with some great music and dancing.
1-7-12 Angie and Jerry Get Married {Georgetown Wedding Photographer}
Angie and Jerry entered and won a contest with a local newspaper to win a free wedding. Seven local vendors participated to make their special day so wonderful. Angies hair and makeup were done by Sandy at Beautiful Salon and Day Spa. When I saw Angie all dolled up, it was clear why the salon is name Beautiful Salon. All the bouquets and boutonnieres were done by Denise at the Greenskeeper Florist in Pawleys Island. Like always, they were georgous and complimented the stunning wedding dress that was provided by Fancy Frocks in Murrells Inlet. The dress was the perfect style for Angie and she was glowing as she walked down the aisle behind the Kaminski House Museum in Georgetown, SC. The reception was held in the amazing, historic Stewart Parker House, where the couple danced away and celebrated with their closest friends and family. The super elegant cake made by Pawleys Island Bakery was as tasty as it was beautiful. I am posting way mroe photos then normal because I really wanted to feature the work done by all the vendors that made Angie and Jerry’s wedding so special.

11-11-11 Amber and Jody (Kingston Plantation Wedding)
Amber and Jody, surrounded by their closest friends and family, had a beautiful ceremony on the beach at the Embassy Suites, Kingston Plantation. The reception immediately followed inside and the black and white decor looked terrific. Debbie Idol from Events on the Half Shell helped the bride and groom with planning and day of coordinating. Great looking flowers done by the Little Shop of Flowers. Amber and Jody were a real fun couple and if laughter is really the key to a great marriage then these two have it in the bag.

10-9-11 Sarah and Stephen – Myrtle Beach Train Depot.
Sarah and Stephen had a beautiful and traditional ceremony at the Myrtle Beach First Methodist Church that was immediately followed by a fun filled, wild reception at the Myrtle Beach Train Depot. Well, to be fair…. the reception didn’t start out wild. There were many tears shed and many beautiful moments. When the celebration trickled down to mostly the wedding party, it got wild and crazy. We did what we could to not put down the cameras and join in the dancing fun. DJ Lex of Diamond Entertainment was incredible, the way he mixed old and new songs was very impressive. Stephen’s sister made the cake which was amazing to look at and to eat. Many of the decorations and the planning were done by Sarah Wise, a new event planner in town, of The Bride’s Maid. You sure wouldn’t know she was new to the business the way she took charge and had a million things going on at once. I don’t usually start my blog with a photo, out of order or soooo large. But as soon as I took it, it was one of my favorite photos ever. And it wasn’t posed, this is where Sarah kept going to cool off from cutting a rug.

10-1-11 Kelly and Rollin Get Married (Breakers Resort. Myrtle Beach, SC)
Kelly and Rollin had a beautiful night for a wedding at the Breakers Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The wind was fairly calm and it was not hot at all. The ceremony was out on the grass and then the PARTY moved to the top floor. It was a great party for sure. I had to hold myself back from dancing at this one. The beautiful cake and cupcakes were made by Croissants Bistro and Bakery. And a big THANKS to Scott Lee for helping me capture this evening.

10-3-11 Amanda and Brian (Myrtle Beach Wedding Photographer)
Amanda and Brian had such a beautiful wedding ceremony at Brookgreen Gardens by the Holiday Cottage. The bridal party then took a boat over to Amanda’s parents home on the waterway for an amazing reception. Personal touches and one of a kind details were everywhere, with flowers by the Greenskeeper Florist. DJ Kyle of Carolina Entertainment had the tent shaking late into the night. And a huge shout out and thank you to Jody and Sandra for taking these beautiful photos.
9-24-11 Ashley and Andy. Brookgreen Gardens Wedding
I am really going miss working with Ashley, I am having withdrawals already.
She is so much fun and doesn’t take life too serious at all. Mother Nature tried real hard to put a damper on the big day with TONS OF RAIN. But the celebration went on anyways and it sure seemed like everyone had a great time. I don’t remember any other bride dancing as much as Ashley did. She was out there tearing it up with their fun friends and family. Andy was the laid back one of the couple and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. They are both high school teachers and the kids must just love being in their classes.

6-3-11 Anne and Ken at Litchfield Country Club
Anne and Ken tied the knot last night at Litchfield Country Club. There were a few snags in the process but nothing to ruin a beautiful ceremony and great reception filled with their closest friends and family. The cake from Croissants Bistro and Bakery was beautiful and the blue in the flowers were perfect. Here are a few from last night.

5-29-11 Litchfield Plantation Wedding
Alexis, Jonathon and their closest family and friends made the trip from New Jersey to get married at the beautiful Carriage House of Litchfield Plantation. They really couldn’t have asked for a better day to tie the knot. It wasn’t unbearably hot. All the flowers done by the Greenskeeper Florist were so beautiful. The cupcakes from Thee Cake Lady were absolutely delicious. They brought their own DJ’s from new Jersey that were excellent and of course, The food at the Carriage House was just perfect.
5-22-11 Taylor and Adam (Engagement Photos Huntington State Park)
My brother and I met with Taylor and Adam to do some engagement photos at Huntington State Park. We had a great time with these two and look forward to an awesome wedding at Litchfield Plantation in August.
Ruth and Andy’s Beach House Wedding. (Wedding Photography – Garden City, SC)
Ruth and Andy came down from Pennsylvania to get married in a beautiful beach house in Garden City. They had a very intimate ceremony inside the house, due to rain, which turned out perfectly. The rain stopped long enough to get some great family shots and fun formals on the beach and we had a wonderful time meeting their friends and family. The cake and cupcakes were real cool, done by Croissants Bakery and the flowers done by The Greenskeeper were beautiful.
4-29-11 Ashley and Andy (Engagement photography Brookgreen Gardens)
I met up with Ashley, Andy, and Ashley’s mom Darlene at Brookgreen Gardens for some engagement photos. After some pictures here, we went to Huntington State Park and did some shots around Atalaya and then the beach. The plan was to keep Andy laughing so we would be sure to get a “natural” smile. Well, for Ashley that was pretty easy. She could do something silly or make a face that had him laughing at any time. They are a real fun couple and it was obvious that they are great together. I can hardly wait to shoot their wedding on September 24th at Brookgreen Gardens.
4-23-11 Jade and Perk at Brookgreen Gardens (Brookgreen Gardens Wedding)
Jade and Perk had such a beautiful wedding Saturday night at Brookgreen Gardens. There was an uninvited guest at the beginning of the ceremony that was asked to leave, in the form of a copperhead snake.
Jade and Perk really made their favorite color, purple, work great with all the details. The flowers for the bridal party were done by Blossoms events, and the brides mom did all the table decorations. Video was done by Hart to Heart Media and the, always perfect food, by Austins.
4-3-11 Natalie and Jonathan. (Myrtle Beach Engagement Session)
Natalie and Jonathan were alot of fun to work with tonight. We met at the Atalaya castle over at Huntington State Park for their engagement photos. While we made our way around the castle, I got to know them a bit, found out how they met and that Jonathan proposed to Natalie on the beach. I am really looking forward to their wedding day in October which will be taking place at the Holiday Cottage in Brookgreen Gardens.
3-26-11 Sherri and Waylon (Myrtle Beach wedding photographer)
Sherri and Waylon were a great couple to work with, I shot their engagement session and some bridal shots of Sherri. They celebrated their big day at SPUDS in Murrells Inlet and had lots of friends and family come and really party. The cupcakes were awesome. I may have sampled a few
Here are a few pics from the night.
3-19-11 Sherri and Bob (Myrtle Beach Wedding Photographer)
Sherri and Bob joined their families to make ONE today. They had a beautiful ceremony filled with tears and laughter followed by a wonderful reception where everyone had a great time. They leave for Jamaica soon so I wanted to put up a few so they can get a sneak peek before they head off to their romantic (child free) honeymoon.
Amanda and Brian Engaged. (Myrtle Beach wedding photographer)
We met Amanda and Brian over in Conway for their engagement session. They are such a fun couple to hang out with, I can only imagine how fun the wedding will be. I had a hard time selecting photos for the blog since there were so many different ones to choose from. Here is what I came up with to show off their fun personalities.
Trash the dress. (Myrtle beach wedding photographer)
Meredith was pretty hesitant to trash her dress when I first asked her about 6 months ago. I guess that’s all she needed was some time to go by to change her mind, and I am so glad she did…….. to be honest, I begged her to do it. Meredith is such a fun girl and to get her to pose “sexy” like this was hilarious. I have more out takes of her cracking up then anything. Thanks to her mom for walking around and holding lights for me. And the Pool was freezing, she had to catch her breath before we could continue. What a great sport. Thanks Meredith!
3-9-11 Whitney’s Bridal session (myrtle beach wedding photographer)
We met up with Whitney, her mom, and her maid of honor at Huntington State Park tonight for some bridal shots. I was assured that the groom would NOT see these photos, so I am excited to show off Whitney in her dress. They get married on March 19th in Litchfield and we are really looking forward to a great event.

Summer time (myrtle beach photographer)
Summer was one of my brides from last year and we thought it would be fun to do a little photo session at and around the studio. As you can see, the camera just loves her. Oh yeah, and she had her own fog machine.
Brittany and Curtis tied the knot (Myrtle Beach Wedding Photographer)
A beautiful ceremony held at the Surfside Baptist church was followed by a great reception at the Tera Ballroom in Litchfield. Brittany looked amazing, the flowers were perfect and the cake was beautiful. Here are some photos of Brittany’s bridal session followed by the main event
